What is the PAPAREWARD offer?
It is an opportunity for our online customers to get a FREE Pizza OR other FREE menu items after placing a qualifying online order (minimum $15 purchase) between 11/2 and 11/15 and using the promo code PAPAREWARD. The day after placing a qualifying order, 25 bonus Papa Rewards points will be deposited into your online account. Once the points have been deposited, they are redeemable for a FREE Large Pizza with up to three toppings or other reward items any time on or before 11/29/15. This offer is valid at participating U.S. restaurants only.
Is a papajohns.com account required to participate?
Yes. You are required to have a papajohns.com account to use the promo code PAPAREWARD. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one.
Is a Papa Rewards account required to participate?
Yes. If you have a papajohns.com account but are not enrolled in Papa Rewards, you will automatically be enrolled by using the promo code PAPAREWARD. If you do not have an account, you will be enrolled when you create an account. Learn more about Papa Rewards.
How do I use the PAPAREWARD promo code?
To use the PAPAREWARD promo code, you must place your order of $15 or more, excluding tip, at papajohns.com or our mobile apps. There are two ways to redeem the promo code:
- Type the promo code PAPAREWARD into the promo code box on the Order Now, Special Offers, or the checkout pages.
- Or, click on the “Order Now” link featured in PAPAREWARD emails.
Do I have to enter the promo code PAPAREWARD before I place my order?
Yes. You MUST enter the promo code PAPAREWARD BEFORE you place your order to receive the 25 bonus Papa Rewards points. If you do not, you WILL NOT receive the bonus point deposit.
What if I don’t use the promo code PAPAREWARD?
We are sorry, but only orders placed at papajohns.com or our mobile apps with the promo code PAPAREWARD are eligible receive the 25 bonus Papa Rewards points.
What if the promo code PAPAREWARD does not work?

Redeeming Your FREE PIZZA
Once I place my qualifying order, how do I get my free pizza?
Twenty-five (25) bonus Papa Rewards points are automatically deposited into your Papa Rewards account the day after your qualifying order has been completed. Once they have been deposited, you may redeem them at papajohns.com or our mobile apps; use the promo code 25PAPA and build a FREE Large Pizza with up to three toppings or more.
How soon can I redeem my bonus points for a free pizza after the bonus Papa Rewards points are deposited into my account?
You can redeem the bonus Papa Rewards points as soon as the points are deposited into your account or on a future date as long as it is on or before Sunday, November 29.
What if I want to order the free pizza as a plan-ahead order?
Once your points have been deposited, you can use them for a plan-ahead order as long as you place the order to be delivered or picked up on or before Sunday, November 29.
How long do I have to redeem the 25 bonus Papa Rewards points?
You MUST redeem the 25 bonus Papa Rewards points for the free pizza no later than Sunday, November 29.
How do I redeem the 25 bonus Papa Rewards points for a free pizza?
Use the promo code 25PAPA when you build your large free pizza with up to three toppings. There are two ways to redeem the promo code:
- Type the promo code 25PAPA into the promo code box on the Order Now, Special Offers, or the checkout pages.
- Or, click on the “Order Now” link featured in 25PAPA redemption reminder emails.
Can I add additional toppings to my free pizza?
Absolutely. You can add other favorite toppings including extra cheese, but additional charges may apply. Check your online menu for additional topping pricing.
Can I add other products to my free pizza order?
Yes, this offer can be used with some special offers and promos.
Do I have to pay a fee to have the free pizza delivered?
Yes, you are responsible for any delivery fees for the free pizza. And please consider tipping your driver!
Will I lose the 25 bonus Papa Rewards points?
Yes. You will lose the bonus Papa Rewards points if they are not redeemed by 11:59pm EST on Sunday, 11/29/15. Your Papa Rewards points balance will be adjusted to reflect this change on Monday, 11/30/15.
General Promotion Questions
Will I lose my earned Papa Rewards points?
No. Any Papa Rewards points that were earned as part of the general Papa Rewards program will not be removed. These points will remain in your accounts until they are redeemed. Only the BONUS Rewards points will expire.
Will I receive promotional emails from Papa John’s by enrolling in Papa Rewards?
We only send promotional emails to Papa John’s customers who have opted in to receive such emails. We abide by CAN-SPAM laws.
