i saw this in my kwsp online web.. need to know where to go to update this? for the Kiosk.. does it have 24hour service?

EPF counter at UTC opens until 2000/2200 on weekdays. Kiosk are being retired, but they are generally available at RHB bank, which you can walk in anytime of working hours, some available at hong leong as well. Best to gugel beforehand

Any ideas why or if they'll replace the kiosk with a newer model?

from what i heard, the kiosk are being retired because nowadays, banking related pipu can get small machine that does the same thing. like replacing 20 year old tech with something that can fit into your pocket

Saw those used by credit card salesmen but haven't seen any around where users can go and print their statements or register for online passwords on their own.

basically yea. go to UTC. when i applied for personal loan last year, banker pulled out the same thing.

Unfortunately NO. Kiosk opens up to 5pm. Updating mobile number is only 3 minutes.
Authorisation of transactions is done through the Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC) received by the member via their phone number registered with the EPF.
Complete Form KWSP 1(i) and deliver it to the nearest KWSP office. You can acquire the iAkaun Activation Code, typically sent to your registered mobile number as an SMS. Upon receiving the code, visit the EPF website, navigate to Employer Login > i-Akaun Activation, and activate your account within 30 days.
You can withdraw all or part of the savings from this account at any time. Should you choose to continue working after the age of 55, all further contributions you make will be credited in your Akaun Emas, to be withdrawn only upon reaching age 60.
Login to your EPF account using your UAN and password here. Click on the 'One Member – One EPF Account (Transfer Request)' option in the 'Online Services' section. Carefully verify personal information and the present PF account details. Click on 'Get Details' to view PF account details of the previous employment.
All employees must contribute until the age of 75 with no minimum age. From the age of 60, only employer contributions are payable. The EPF contribution rates vary according to the employee's age and whether they are a Malaysian/permanent resident.
Members registered on the UAN portal may get their details available with EPFO by giving a missed call to 9966044425 from their registered Mobile number.
Members may obtain their statement through i-Akaun, EPF Kiosks or any EPF counters nationwide. Members can also check their EPF account by downloading KWSP i-Akaun mobile application from Google Play, Apple App Store or Huawei App Gallery.
Step 1: Log in to the EPFO website using your Universal Account Number (UAN) and the password. Step 2: Under the “Online Services” tab, select “One Member - One EPF Account (Transfer Request)”. Step 3: Check your eligibility to transfer the PF balance to another account.
EPF withdrawal can be done through the UAN member portal. The member has to first activate his UAN and then log in to the portal for online withdrawal. The portal can also be used to transfer funds from his old PF account to a new account.
